There have been lots of ladybirds around school and I would like you to complete a mini project all about ladybirds. What interesting and fascinating facts can you find out?
You might want to create:
·        labelled sketches or
·        models out of paper, card or any other material
·        poster
·        fact files
This is your project so be as creative as you want. However, I would like it to include some written work.  Extra merit points for those who do.

They are used to explain how (manner), when (time) or where (place) something happens. A fronted adverbial is separated from the main clause with a comma. For example:  Early one morning,  Rohan went for a run in the park. The blue highlighted sections are all examples of fronted adverbials. Use these examples of fronted adverbials to finish the sentences. As I looked out of my window, Up in the sky, When I went for a walk, Next to the winding path, In the garden, On the kitchen table, In the corner of my bedroom, Challenge - can you think /find your own fronted adverbials and make up your own sentences?
